A fitted studio in Dubai Marina asks roughly AED 8,000 to 11,000 per month as of August 2026. The spread has less to do with square footage than with two things nobody puts in the headline: whether chiller is included, and how many cheques you are willing to write.
What the ranges look like
- Older Marina towers - unfurnished studio - AED 7,500 to 9,000 a month. Cheapest way in, usually chiller-not-included.
